Khun kao jai mai pasaa Thai

I don't understand Thai. Before I went here I downloaded Thai lessons to learn basic phrases because I was super excited for this trip. I didn't put my mind to it much because I was told that they DO speak English here and it wouldn't be problem. Heck we all survived in Hong Kong why not here, right? WRONG. You must have some form of basic Thai phrases that you know. Prepare yourself on what you think you're going to need to say, like directions, left, right, whatever... Even the hotel people
