11 Gallery is a Thai Restaurant which preserves the indentity of Thai traditional art and culture by wearing the traditional breast cloth of the Public Relations officers and the loincloth of the waiters, including serving the meal with the tiffin carrier, saying “Chao Ka” or “Kho Rab” of the staffs. The environment here is designed to be an up- country in old time surrounding by the trees and a little canal in the back together with the old- Thai- house hat shows the art of architecture in the past. Those are the things that show you the way of life of the folks in up- country in the past which you could barely hear or see today.

11 Gallery serves you with the impressive warm welcome, caring cooking traditional Thai cuisine such as Nam Prik Long Rua (Shrimp paste and salted egg dip served with fresh and boiled vegetable condiment), Goong Tom Bai Ma- Kham- On (Coconut milk sour soup,tamalind leaves with shrimps served in young coconut), Plaa Song Si (Deep fried sea bass,one side topped with three- coloured sweet and sour chilly sauce, the other side topped with minced pork fried in spicy chilly paste)
