Is Face's North Indian restaurant, specializing in Frontier cuisine named after of a tribe and a region in Afghanistan who's cooking, is a mixture of healthy country and rich courtly cooking, which is associated with northern India. The fundamental simplicity of the tandoor, with the rich yet delicate sauces of the Handi. The Handi (wok) was brought to northern India by the descendants of Genghis Kan, when the moguls rode in to India from Iran and Afghanistan.
